Panabo City, Philippines—The National Director of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), Elizer S. Salilig, MFT, visited the National Mariculture Center (NMC) to strengthen the bureau’s commitment to transparent governance and capacity building among its employees.
